This is a curious story for young people, but I think adults would find the humor more entertaining -- it hearkens back to the MTV days of 1990, and features Annie Oakley as part of some wild video games.
There seems to be some sort of a family squabble, but for some reason, I have been given a cameo appearance in this comedic drama. Thank you very much, Doc Ricky; I appreciate the nod.
Perhaps his mother's name "Teresa" is deliberately meant to provide a sharp contrast with the saintly and well known Mother Teresa, but she certainly didn't reflect the character of her namesake. She doesn't quite redeem herself by playing her son's famous video games before her demise; however her terrible parenting didn't prevent her son Joseph from becoming a great success, later on.
And according to a well known saying, "Living well is the best revenge."

I try to write one of these fairy tales a month but I haven't been keeping up. So I will write another one before the month is over.
And thank you Mary Joseph is my friend he's 73 and Teresa is his wife's deceased.

I'm sorry about my delay in replying. I hope your Labor Day weekend was pleasant, and that the storm didn't hit you too badly.
We were inconvenienced with minor outages in the phone, TV, and hot water, and more sustained problems with our elevator service, after flooding in the basement (we're on the 5th floor of an apartment building) which makes life difficult, since I use a walker. I really can't complain, though, because here in NYC, there were even some people who died because their basement apartments flooded... illegal basement apartments, but when the rents are so high, what are people supposed to do? Now the city officials will have to take a closer look at this situation.

Well written and with fun character development! Didn't see any issues with it. Not personally super easy for me to identify with, but all the better for me still enjoying it as it wasn't my forte.

Another great one from you. Flows well and I really liked the title which is what drew me in to click and read this one. No allowance seems harsh for playing Road Rash--or was it the ignoring part? Maybe that's why I got in trouble all those years.... haha thanks for sharing!
