Hi Brian and welcome to Fanstory!
These one line poems can be tricky to write and I often am left with more questions than answers. I really do like your poem It makes me feel sad too. The question that comes up for me is I was wondering just what is it that makes you sad? In a monostich poem you can use the title as sort of an extension to your poem. So for example if the homeless make you sad, you could title it The Homeless (or whatever makes you feel sad). Just a thought, it's always the author's decision.

Thats a shame if you really do. Sadness is an awful thing. No matter what you do you have to suffer it out. This may be short but with a meaning everyone can relate to. Thank you for sharing.
