Um, while this is true, I don't quite see the poetic form of this general common knowledge statement. I would recommend rethinking this and writing it perhaps in a metaphorical sense or one of the poetic formats.

The seasons always remind me that the one constant in life is change. The seasons change into each other and move life along. Your short poem gives the reader food for thought.

I give you five stars for the effort you put into your poem. It reads like a one-sentence contest, but I see it is not. The change of the season can be compared to the change of the heart and welfare of people, such as I'm in the Autumn of my life. I feel there is a lot of potential in this poem. I also feel that a picture of some kind would further enhance your poem.

The seasonal change sure goes fast. The Christmas season is upon us. Not only does the season change but also the weather. Today the weather is supposed to be severe here.

Really don't know what to say but saying is required. Not sure your genre selection is the best. This work seems more like nature commentary maybe. Amazed I am by what promotion will push to top of list but maybe I'm missing deeply hidden message or meaning. If so, perhaps you should consider a clearer approach, or I should find simpler work to review.

This is an interesting short chapter. Although short, it doesn't need much to describe the role seasons play.
With so few words and minus a season I couldn't help but play around a bit. Feel free to ignore my pondering:
Seasons are getting ready to change, Summer is soon going to change to fall, and then fall is eventually going to change to winter.
Suggestion:
Seasons continually unfold. Summer heat rises to change into fall, and then fall eventually will change to winter with spring creeping around the corner.

Very brief, concise, and to the point. I presume you are talking equally about the human life. However I did wonder why Spring does not get a mention.
