This is hilarious. Where do you come up with this stuff? It's brilliant! I got me one of this gizmos me & my friends call a button. Well at first it seemed it might work, but then we found their was no reception up here in the woods. So I can easily carry my portable for my landline outdoors when I'm doing lawn work. I have to give you A+ for this genius.

Thank you, Liz. I'm glad you liked this. I didn't have much trouble someing up with it. All I had to do was remember the conversation when my literal cousin called me. She's a riot.

Thank you so much for the review and comments. I didn't win but I had fun writing it. She is a real person and she is my first cousin. I changed her name but most of what was in that was things she actually said.

This is a very fun read. This is hilarious. It is also very believable. I have or had relatives who are always giving advice and are always right about every subject to I could identify with a conversation with Caroline.
One will not get the shot because she takes 40 vitamins a day and thus is immune to any virus!

I can picture these two yapping on the phone and bickering at each other. Very funny dialog! They sound familiar, like some of my friend who are only in their sixties! I can't imagine them in another ten years. Fun read.

Now, getting back to the vaccine...I also have many friends and family who refuse taking it. It is getting serious out there but they refuse to listen to me anymore.

Thank you Marie. I glad you found it funny and I really am thrilled with the six stars. My conversations with my cousin are funny but also frustrating. They usually last at least an hour. She likes to argue, and I let her think she has won. As to the vaccine, I don't know if there is any way to convince her to get it. I just pray none of the care givers come into her house sick. I have another cousin, I'm also trying to convince to get the vaccine and I'm having more luck with her.

My sister is pushing me to get one of those 'response devices'. I know they make sense, but to older folks, they probably represent truth they don't want to face.

Thank you Lee. I'm pleased that you think my dialogue sounds real. I had a pretty real conversation with her to pattern it after. I don't feel I need that stupid thing around my neck, but at some point I may wish I'd had it. Especially if I'm outside trying to climb a fig tree. LOL

Thank you Gert, I appreciate the review and comments. She often gets aggrivated with me and hangs up. It is funny. She has a bad temper and if you don't agree with her she hangs up and pouts.
