You did a wonderful job with this. I can see why you won the muse contest. Every word and phrase is well chosen and, each rhyme works as well. This is excellent in every way and, I cannot think of anything I would change with this one. I like to wake up early and write on my laptop computer. I write best in the wee early hours of the morning. I have my favorite place at my desk, which is in my bedroom. I am sitting there right now.

This poem is a celebration of creativity and poetry, and you had a nice upbeat rhythm in the short meter and rhyme scheme that just tripped along. It reminded me of a Keats favorite, There Was A Naughty Boy... and a naughty boy was he, for nothing would he do, but scribble poetry....estory

This is an excellent combination of of rhyme, rhythm and narrative, all important when writing something like a hymn or ballady song, I love the process of this, my favourite style of poem. Well done. Blessings Roy
