Hello Friend.

This struck me as an ethereal poem with all of the imagery that is portrayed here. The words paint a verbal visual which is how I describe seeing the poem in my mind's eye.

I really like the poem and your presentation is excellent. The photo and colors all work well. My favorite lines are: "Lilac and gold ambrosia

You did a good job, Mystery Author, with your contest entry. I enjoyed reading it. I like how you compared your muse to water. In that, you used great descriptive words and phrases to describe the relationship.

Quite different in the best of ways. Water is a jewel...it sits on my desk from dawn to dusk. You have enticed the reader with lovely phrases and peeks into fantasy - never waste water!!

Lovely descriptions. Vivid words. Water is a muse for me as well, so much so that our last three homes have all had a water view of some kind. It is relaxing to view and once that feeling is there, the words can come more easily. Great job. The picture is perfect, too.

Really nice visual form. You created a drop on the page--neat. As your comments note, water is basic to life and a metaphor for eternity. And, of course it is prismatic as well, which rounds out the idea.
