hahahahahaha! There's one in every crowd - and I'm kinda glad. I love that silly sense of humor - and thank you for sharing this. It brought a big smile.
Notes:
1.) A group (of) people, with a guide,
2.) On(e) of the persons in the group
3.) On of the persons in the group asked a question, of a man that appeared to be associated, in some way, with the trucks.
--> no commas
4.) The group of truckers, looked away and laughed, when the trucker said, "(T)hese are the 'Semi Finals'."
--> no commas except for before the dialogue
