That's funny! When people get tattoos, they do not consider how their bodies/skin might change in the future. And sometimes the older, heavier person will have a very different-looking tattoo. Thanks for the cute poem!

I love this fun poem, Debra! But I can't believe there's any flab on your tummy. This wee poem has humor, much needed in here. Also, some great alliteration ... "tattoo on my tummy/ formerly flat". And you've got a terrific punch line,
"The tattoo's enveloped by fat."
