This is a lovely entry for the pampering your spouse contest. You show how much you love him by trying to lessen the work he must do for you by doing what you can, when you can, due to your health. He shows you every day how much he loves you by doing things for you that you can't do yourself, such as laundry. I understand what you say because I too cannot do many things for myself. Telling him and showing him how much you love him along with the other nice things you mention, tells how you would pamper your spouse. Good luck with the contest.

This suffers from lack of paraphing and, as such it presents the intended reader with a a massive block of text that drives him on to the next item, probably without bothering to read it.
2nd Review.
This is a great improvement, and should lure the reader in rather than frighten him away. I have reclassified this in the light of this rewrite.
