Yeah, I wasn't liking Creteus a whole lot. He's a paranoid little ass. If he continues to belittle the only friends who might stand with him he's going to find himself alone. Lol! So, as you can see, I'm getting a bit personal with your character. How dare he belittle all of us, humans! Lol! I guess that's what prejudice is like, whether on one part or another. Don't trust the other. The friend of my enemy is my enemy. Just like the world and its madness. Coming along well, Bob. You stir me. Lol!

Belittle? Is that a leprechaun joke? Oh, how can you be so racist!

But thanks for the review. Glad you're still liking it.

A very good chapter. I enjoyed the interaction and conversation. I thought, will Peter fall for the sweat, yet evil talk or will he hold firm to what he knows and believes. I'm glad he didn't fall for it.

A good chapter with "choosing sides" being the theme. Hate, prejudice, fear of anyone different. I thought it was interesting when Creteus accused Dawn of being a drug addict because she was on crack. It was at that juncture that I was confused with the dialogue. The first thing that Peter said after Creteus said, " She likes crack," was "Yeah." He followed it up with the explanation of the mis-heard word ... but my question is, why did he start with "Yeah."?

That aside, this was a very good chapter.

Thanks for your review, Craic and crack are homophones. It has even been suggested the spelling of craic is a modern spelling to avoid the confusion with the drug. Your confusion reflects the two characters' confusion, because both words sound exactly the same.

I understand that. Well, I didn't understand that they are exact homophones. It was simply the choice of the first word out of his mouth being, "Yeah." Oh wait a minute! He said "yeah" because he assumed Creteus meant talk not the drug. DUH! Never mind!
