Animal crackers? not people crackers?, Alie. :) I guess those triple digits have finally fried your mind. It's been hot all over. Just a taste of hell on earth with the environment going crazy. I don't know who will go first, the human race or the world. Take care. I'm sweating down here too.

Glad to know that I am not the only one sweating although I think the saying goes=horses sweat, men perspire and women glow. LOL.

A lovely story! I do enjoy getting glimpses into your country and way of life. We are quite used to high temperatures in summer where I live. I think the hottest was 117 in 2019, but we regularly have over 100. At present of course we are in winter, cold but no snow in my home area. Thanks for posting. Enjoyable read.

A lovely story! I do enjoy getting glimpses into your country and way of life. We are quite used to high temperatures in summer where I live. Yes, I've read about the unseasonably hot temps in your area. I will so glad when Fall drops in. You did a great job with you response to the prompt. This story, Coolness, told from the cat perspective,takes in consideration what can be observed by anyone else as well. Dad knows for sure that bison are not buffalo, people sit out in hundred degree weather when it's cool, and Sally's old dish keeps doing its thing.

There seems to be a fashion these days for acting as amanuenses for our animals. Even I have been known to get dragged into doing it for Penny and Paddy (my dog and cat) when they decide they want to contribute to those agony aunts PC and Patch. i think you have taken dictation reall well and will probably get asked to do it again some time.
