Very well told and your poem rhymed beautifully. I like the reminder in your poem that all will be well in the end...it's very hopeful. Thanks for sharing this terrific poem and great image to go with it. :)

Well written. Yes, too many of us forget that Satan is still our there tempting us.
We have to be strong and not succumb to his will. We need the Bible to keep us strong.
I enjoyed reading this and wish you well.
My best,
Marie

Nomi,
This is an exquisite poem about the beginning of mankind. It rhymes beautifully and teaches us all. I love your last stanza as God and believers have already win through Jesus.
Your author's notes are also very inspiring, Nomi.
This poem shines.
Good luck in the contest.
Blessings,
Cindy

I find that the real loser in the Adam and Eve story is Satan himself. I really did enjoy reading your poem. Excellent work! No grammatical errors. Thank you for sharing!

This certainly seems like the blueprint for man's existence here on earth.
You have an excellent poem here with good strong rhymes.
Some of your lines have 8 syllables in them and some have 7. I don't know if you meant this but it throws off the rhythm at bit.
Nice choice of topic and artwork too.
Take care

Your poem is well written describing how sin came into this world, and how it still exists today. I like what you said in your notes: "The Bible was written for our benefit, so that we would have no excuse for being deceived into losing our hope for life in the marvelous future that God has planned for us." Let's hope this message moves those who read.

Thank you Anne. I believe that some forget that the Bible was written fir fancy or to get certain person's names in the Bible, It was written for our use and to offer a warning against a powerful, remorseless enemy bent on our destruction.

Women have a bad reputation from the beginning. She is the one who wanted knowledge and that was supposed to be bad...a sin.
Your poem flows well. It draws on emotions and it presents strong images.

-Great artwork and
nice presentation, nomi.
-Your notes are appreciated.
-You wrote a good poem
about these two with
effective imagery and rhyme,
like Adam becoming "her recruit."
-The verses about Satan are
also good and vivid, showing
that pride does come before the fall.
-I like the closing line, too.
-Well done.
-I just saw your profile picture-
very nice!

Thank you for sharing this poem you wrote about the oldest story in the Bible. Satan is going down! He tries so hard to deceive and causes so much division, his time is coming....
