Lately, my happy place has been out by the blueberry bushes my dad planted many years ago that are producing better than they have in years. I try not to eat more than I bring into the house each day. Nature is always better than pills, wine, or caffeine, any day.

They say that happiness needs feeding by events, spontaneous or otherwise, but joy is ever present, not stirred by circumstance, rather by who that what. This is beautifully written and darn good advice, beautifully written, and caffeine does kill the sandman, well done, blessings Roy
