You've given many reasons for being thankful in your poem. Suggestion: you switched from present to past tense a few times. You also have some typos: Got (God?) in 3rd verse, and I('m) grateful in the final verse. You've used all the required words nicely. Best wishes in the contest.

This is a good poem depicting all the things that you are grateful for. We are so blessed. You might want to change a couple of things:
Verse 3, I think you meant the first word to be "God"
Verse 4, line 2, "I'm" rather than just "I"
Hope you don't mind the suggestions, we all try to help one another.
