I once read that tea actually has more caffeine than coffee. I do not know if it is actually true. I have sipped a lot of Sleepytime tea because it is decaffeinated and I need to wind down. (You know how we writers just don't want to stop writing just because it is after midnight and we are on an adrenaline rush.) lol
