You have shared an excellent approach portraying innocence. If awareness of racial differences in humans are sown into the lives of children, usually by adults, it often becomes passed on hereditary learned behaviour, creating so much hatred, pain, separation, and false unreal, unacceptable behaviour and information connected to the valuable uniqueness of other human beings of color, race, ethnic and cultural differences. Truly all of the latter was never intended by our Creator. I am convinced that this was never apart His Will.
Your choice of photo shows two children seemingly working together without question enjoying each others company. Great photo.
In my youth I am so glad that I was allowed to make my own decisions about people. For me all of the differences that come with segregation and race is not what causes separation. Unacceptable behaviour, and cruel treatment of human beings because of ones personal issues warrants separation and consequences. Level Playing Grounds, Fair Play, Equality for Good=Human Rights and should be honored. "People are all People" We all make "Choices"! Keep writing & encouraging. All the best.

Wonderfully peaceful write that I enjoyed. You were raised by nature. Tell me, does snake taste like chicken? Modern people (not all) have no time for nature and live on fast foods. They do not respect first nations, think we are a sandwich short of a picnic! My country is 54,000 years old and now we have mining in sacred areas. Will this ever end? White man's greed is unbelievable and ignorant of our culture. Well done my friend K XX

They should strive to get to know you--not the foods you consume. I will admit that I haven't eaten many of them, but my life was different as you wrote. There's nothing wrong with that for anybody--if anything it shows perseverance, and to be judging, but making do with what one has and not complaining. You are right about the stupidity so many exhibit and seem proud of it. Also, those same ones think they are better than most--NOT! I believe individuals who
are able to deal with their lot in life are stronger than those whiny wannabe's. I believe your family--mother, grandmother, cooks in general, could whip up a delicious meal that would put those hate-filled ones to shame. Fresh vegetables--yum--count me in. Best wishes.
