I do like the "golden amber eastern skies" and with warmth, and the enjoyment of the colors of morning, you lead right into the morning cup of coffee. I think that "sigh" must be of contentment.

Yes, I am content with my coffee and sunrise by the lake. I have begun kayaking again early morning, so nice.
Wondering if I can kayak from the Quebec side of Lake Memphremagog to the American side of Newport.
15 miles, but I think I could do it.
A mini adventure is just what I need.

Wow! You are still so athletic! Well, the "Canadian geese" fly across the border all the time. Although I think some have dual citizenship.
