This is so funny. Maybe she stuck her bubblegum under the handlebar and hoped to retrieve it. At least you got a laugh and cute story out of it, so all wasn't lost.

Yes, this is funny. Wonder what was bugging that woman that she latched onto that particular cart? You would have had no luck trying to reason with her. It would be interesting to know if she's done the same with other customers, insisting they had her cart? Maybe she preferred the action of the wheels on it. You have to wonder if the lady was mentally unstable. How could she be sure it was her cart? With all the real problems in the world, you would think that there would be something of greater importance to concern her. People. The world would be such a great place without them sometimes, but where would that leave me? Oh well. Thanks for sharing. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Have a great evening.
