It sounds to me as if these might have been the kind of sins that could be forgiven, apparently being selfless.
Just one proofreading slip. I think you might have meant angels rather than angles.

A heart-felt poem. I love the image of the clouds being a sea above.
"Walked with the devil to give other angles their wings"["... to give other ANGELS their wings." The above is too powerful a line to have a misspell.

Seems as if you are telling us that the person has a good heart, but is willing to take the place of others so that they can freely reach the gates of heaven. The person is willing to suffer the consequences in order to save others.... to me, that person is really the good one. Giving of himself freely to help another. Just my interpretation ... smiles, Carol

I feel it is more of what they believe. But come the time when they depart the world I like t o think of the pleasant surprise they will have ending up in heaven.

This is such a beautiful write. To me this write reads of a person who owns all their missgivings as equally as their good deeds. Someone who is willing to atone for there mistakes but expects no forgiveness. Well done.
