You lot are in good company I lick the yoghurt off Hughes fruit salad and the butter off his toast when I get the chance. It makes him mad but it is a great game.

This is some clever writing Yvonne. I love the idea of color-coding the identities of each cat. I'm trying to remember the name of the one who used to do that frequently. It's no good trying to remember her name, though. It'll come to me when it wants to. You know her. She died about a year ago, maybe less. Phyllis! That's her first name Anyway, you use the technique very effectively on cats. Your love of cats comes through strong.

I've never seen cat's eat the things you mentioned, but it's probably because I've never paid that much attention. We had a daschhound who ate salad- lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers- everything but onions. He also had to have some cereal in his bowl every day complete with milk. If he didn't get milk on his cereal, he would give me the evil eye. He was very spoiled.

I've never seen cat's eat the things you mentioned, but it's probably because I've never paid that much attention. We had a daschhound who ate salad- lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers- everything but onions. He also had to have some cereal in his bowl every day complete with milk. If he didn't get milk on his cereal, he would give me the evil eye. He was very spoiled.

Cats in the past have eaten the bread bag like you mentioned. Saw some little teeth marks in the plastic wrap over lemon bars! One would always try to drink the water in a vase of flowers. After losing one vase and catching him a second time I learned my lesson and the vase went on the mantle.

I could see each of your kitties eating their special treat, Yvonne. You did a great job with the POV of each kitty. I could see them sitting around talking about their foods just like people when they sit around and just gab. The colored fonts are great. It really identifies which kitty is speaking in a way to make the story more enjoyable, and it isn't obtrusive in any way. The image is perfect too. We need more fun stories like this. I know that everything your kitties mentioned are food items they really eat which makes your story more fun. The image is so cute, too. All kitties have their own unique personalities so why not let them eat what they like.
