It's been awhile since I've attempted a teacup dictionary. You did very well in choosing an obscure word and defining it in a teacup format. The artwork is perfect.

I've never heard of that word, but I assume it means someone who wears tattered clothing and is perhaps homeless. This piece struck a chord in me, thank you for sharing. :)

This poem is sad, descriptive, interesting and creative. I found these
words making me think of orphans, those homeless and street people.
These words are emotional. The poem flows and connects well. The
artwork is perfect and compliments these words.

This is an elegant teacup about a dilapidated situation, I have never heard of this word before so I learned something here. A fine write, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

You chose vividly descriptive, strong words for your skillfully-composed teacup dictionary poem. Tha artwork is thought-provoking and very fitting. I wonder if she's just resting or homeless.

This is interesting. I had no idea that tatterdemalion was a word. I looked it up in the dictionary. Good job with this. I'm glad I learned something.

Your teacup dictionary poem is in great shape, Dove. I like the bright green color against the stark colored image. Your words are easy to visualize and understand the meaning of the main word which I have never heard of. So thanks for the lesson.
Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

Donna,

Tattermadalion. THAT is just a fun word to say! I will have to figure out opportunities to toss that into my conversations! I like this poem but you could make the font larger if you wanted. My poor old eyes just aren't what they used to be. Good to see you posting!

Dear robyn, thank you for your comments and review. Have trouble with my Advanced Editor, so I don't think I can make the font larger. Sorry. Donna
