the poem itself is pretty solid--my notes come more from the visuals and therefore to the piece as a whole: the contrast between the somewhat dark purple background and narrow black font makes the poem visually "fade into the paper" so to speak, and the art piece (when compared to the line "Of God's infinite universe/" ) seems to have a restricted field of view, almost as if it has blinders on.

This poem is beautifully written. I am glad I caught it. The artwork you chose captures the beauty of the poem. Thank you for sharing. I know I miss many of your poems, but soon, I retire and will catch more of them.

"My summer soul lies with the skies..." This is a very beautiful line, it caught my fancy. I think nature is such a great inspiration for waiting anf for well being. This is a very well written poem, a breath of sun for this suny day.

I really enjoyed this spiritual poem! I had to think about the "summer soul" and perhaps it means that our souls can feel the difference of the seasons or perhaps it's a season of the soul when one feels more connected with God.
A minor comment about visual presentation - could just be my eyes. But the font on the pretty (but dark) background made it a little hard to read.

A very nice poem about summer. I like the last lines:
"My summer soul prays everywhere
Delighted in my God connection
Thankful for His wonderful creation"
I suggest you lighten your background colour to make it a bit easier to read.
