This is so clever! I like how each first line summarized what you detailed in the second and third lines. You have us look outward, look around, and look inward to discover ourselves and do healthy rituals and to treasure ourselves and our loved ones!

Simple, true and necessary are all words that come to mind as I read your poem. I like the top illustration, with the bottom illustration as the "frosting on the cake." We all need time to sit and be quiet, reflecting on life. It is often hard to take the time, but necessary and well worth doing. Great message. Beautifully worded.
