Hi Mystery Writer,

This is such an uplifting spiritual poem lauding the great gospel music and hymns sung from the pews at churches everywhere. I remember when I was small sitting in the pews and my legs couldn't even touch the floor, I would stand to sing and would be way down low where my head was below the top of the pew back in front of me, and sing to my heart's content because I thought no one could hear me down there. I learned so many hymns that way and finally learned to play them on the piano.

A fine poem that brought back so many good memories with upbeat emotions displayed :-)
