This is an interesting tale of human behavior. As you said, we act politically correct and try to be polite. Yet, like you pointed out, our emotions are like a game of Russian Roulette as we swim with sharks. I enjoyed your description of how the game of life is played by so many. Your words captured the essence of the daily reality.

I don't know what else to say other than I enjoyed this. It's so difficult to know what hornet nest you're going to step on when you say something these days. It can be oppressing, but at the same time, there are just as many people who say things under the guise of being honest with only the attention of spreading hate.

Good post. Got a keen sense of a round table and several gruff looking men sat around it, sneering at each other through the haze of smoke. Would have liked it to have been a bit longer, but the wordplay is quite nice.

Looks like if you won you lost anyway. Playing Russian Roulette with your heart could really end up in a bad way. It can take away your self-esteem and have trouble loving again. If I'm understanding the story correctly. Good luck with the contest!
