Ciao Marco!
I am a scifi nerd and I love scanning the sky at night ... space fascinates me.
So this entry is right up my alley ( I hope I wrote it right this time).
What a stunning choice of artwork.. and the closing line is perfect for an entry in the Lost contest. Best entry of the bunch.
I have heard of Milton s Lost Paradise .. a brilliant way to combine science ( first two lines) with letterature /philosophy( closing line).
I hope to see your poem run in the monthly poem contest ..

First off , congratulations for your podium win!
Secondly, I have to disagree with your comment ..the artwork is stunning /eye catching but your interpretation ( your closing line) gave it a meaning /depth...
that?s where the value is in your poem .
Keep safe!

This is an excellent 5-7-5 poem about being lost.
What more powerful lost than to be sucked into a black
that consumes everything.
Nice personification in the last line, I think Milton would be
stunned by the idea of a black hole.
Well done.
Best wishes.
Robert.

Robert,
Thanks for your inspired commentary. Methinks Milton had no idea of the significance of a black hole phenomena when he created his masterpiece (-;
