I must admit, in my life I have been a person who wakes up before my alarm goes off, in fact I'm a person who seems to be someone who is under bondage to that particular problem, not always, but frequently, beautifully written Alicia, you're making great progress, blessings Roy

You are young! You can jump out of bed and stretch! I carefully slip out of bed and I do some gentle exercises before otherwise muscles will cramp up! So I'm envious as I read about your youthful morning!
