Awww...I just love this!!
Our cats favorite thing each morning
was having her 'coffee' with us.
She'd dip her paw into powdered
cream in her coffee cup.
She passed away after 15 years, but like PC...
she was just a bitty thing no one
would have wanted.
What huge blessings they turn out to be.
Beautiful Miss Yvonne.
Blessings...

How cute having coffee with you. So you know what true blessing they are. Do you have a cat now?

No, I wanted to get another...but when Stormy died, it literally broke my husbands heart. He just loved her so...they would even play 'hide & seek'...he didn't want another. Aw well. Maybe one day.

I started to smile when I read the title in anticipation of joy. You did not disappoint.

A very descriptive and entertaining read as to the shenanigans of a kitten/cat.
However, the result that the cat still loves the "facials" was the surprise I did not see coming.

Marvelous!

What a fun story about PC. Thirteen years old means he could have many more years to come. The cats I had before Heather and Smokey both lived to be almost 20 years old. How strange for a cat to like that shampoo and a facial. I wonder what made him take to the shampoo. There's no accounting for feline tastes. My Smokey doesn't mind getting her face wet, but I don't think she'd like shampoo. judi

I don't know why he liked it from the first unless he thought it was something he should do since I did it. Thanks, Judi.

It surely couldn't have been from the taste of the shampoo. judi

No, he never got it in his mouth. I think he liked the attention and doing what I did. 8-)

Yes, they crave that attention. judi

PC sounds like a real prize, Yvonne. I have heard of tiny, but that is really tiny. He looks so sweet and yet could easily get into trouble (looks mischievous,) know what I mean?

One suggestion if I my:

Here I think you left out a word.

" One is the time he kept jumping up the door.....(to or at perhaps)

Bless you. Bob

I struggled with that 'up the door' but that is what he did. He jumped up the door trying to reach the lintel. PC never gets into trouble, but one of his siblings does. Thanks, my dear friend.

Wow, what a wonderful PC, Yvonne. I loved the stories you told of him, from his antics as a kitten. He was truly blessed when you opened your home to him and the pleasures he brought to you. I can just imagine in my minds eye when you found him and all the joys he has experienced with you. Bless you.

Thank you so much. He has truly been a blessing, and a great comfort in my grief. He's almost like a nanny. 8-)

This is a very delightful story about PC, from beginning to end. It seems quite evident that he has, and still is, giving you quite a few moments of entertainment. A very precious companion.

It's obvious how much you cherish that dear cat--a friend, companion, and entertainer. Your examples are specific, amusing, and amazing. One thing: first paragraph, lay should be lie.

Cats are really quite intelligent. We have always enjoyed our cats. They love to get their baths after playing outside in the morning. They come into the bath room and let Rhonda wet them down and dry them off then they go in for their naps. They know their names and when they are being scolded. They are good as children. LOL Nancy:)

Mine answer to their names, too. People are always saying how aloof cats are. I've never had one that was. I enjoyed hearing about yours.

How adorable! What a sweet little friend, and he thrives on entertaining you. Thirteen years is quite a bond between you two. I hope you have many, many more wonderful years together because that's what friends are for. Smiles and best wishes to you! Carol

Aww, Yvonne, that is so precious! He's gorgeous, and I love all those antics he got up to. Fancy being able to push a box to the door so he could reach that hook! That's really clever! I love the shampoo and facial, cats don't normally like water, lol. You've got a special one there, my dear SATP! Hugs, and love!! :)) Sandra xxx
