A well written chapter. I thought he was talking about a flower too.

{" She}, the spider, was telling me we were in for a surprise. I didn't know if it would be good or a disappointment."

This was once again a great continuation chapter, Liz. It was indeed great that Tommy provided information about his native name although Liz and Linda did confuse it a little. You provided lots of information about the different native names. Well done.

Thank you for your supportive review. The next part that I've yet to write was given to me by friend who reminded me of us finding a bag. I thought, "now I've got a new idea."

This Chapter of the Fiction speak very interestingly in an adventurous style through a taletelling about discovering two mysterious bags, thru' orderly plot and ends with a grace of movement; well said, well done; thanks for sharing this. ALCREATOR

This was very descriptive, which is great. I started to get worried when I saw the switch between "flower" and "flour" then when I read on I started to laugh along with the characters. Great job! Looking forward to reading the rest.

Thank you for your amusing review. It had the effect I had hoped. If you want to read the first 13 chapter about the rescuing 10 teens from a trafficking house, go to my portfolio to read them. There is no need for a review. Just enjoy. Every chapter is suspenseful. It is called Traffic

This is a well written story. You've kind of left the reader hanging at the end. I'll have to check in on the next chapter. I see in your bio that you spent a number of years at a convent. I spent ten years on a Christian farm where the belief was that the world was ending soon. No doubt you have a number of stories to tell. Blessings.

My next project will be to work on my autobiography I began 20+ years ago Some of it will tell of the convent "adventures". If you are interested in reading the first 13 paragraphs of this book Traffic feel free to go to my portfolio. No review is necessary, just enjoy. Every chapter is suspenseful too. Now your challenge is to write about your 10 years. It could be presented as a biography with fictitious names. I'm still wondering if I should d0 the same. I originally wrote it with the names changed to protect the guilty.

    Hi Liz,
I will check out the other chapters of your book. As for me, back in 2007 I wrote my first book- Wilderness Blues, A Tale of Outhouses, Rutabagas and Other Unsavory Subjects. As you suggested, I did change names, although I was sorely tempted not to. When I first started to write it, I was still angry and wanted it to be more of an expose'. However, as I went along, I started to feel better and better. I hope you experience the same as you write your autobiography. Good luck.

I did some angry crying. We were not able to have friends with anyone who entered before or after us, only with the ones who entered with us. They were called Particular Friendships. So I call my story A Particular Friendship. There were some dark situations around this event which will come out in my story.
What is the format of your story? I'd love to read it.

    Hi Liz,
It was a memoir. We lived in the wilderness of Alaska and had to try to carve a living off the land with little money and against insurmountable odds all the while dealing with religious views that I didn't agree with. The name of the book is Wilderness Blues, A Tale of Outhouses, Rutabagas and Other Unsavory Subjects. I wrote a small blurb about the outhouses on Fan Story when I first got here a few weeks ago. I'll certainly check out your portfolio. It sounds like you've got the makings for a great book. I hope you complete it.

    Blessings,
    Tom

Once again Liz you excel. I am getting to recognize the different people now which helps, dumb old grannies. I don't know if I saw something or not, but on the telly two nights ago they had a segment on the Sisters of St. Joseph and their work with battered women I thought of how your stories reflect these sad case. Love U dear Liz, sincerely Anne

Thank you for your enthusiastic review. I'm glad they are reaching your heart & soul. That is one of my hopes. It is so good to know how it's come across. Our Spring is teasing us. Your Autumn must be showing its colors.

Oh-oh. I think that they should have minded that spider's warning. I like how you used the folksy stories as part of your foreshadowing. In Asian culture, there are also things attributed to encounters with bugs and wildlife. I heard that spiders found in the morning is a good omen but at night, it's a bad one. I'd rather not meet spiders at any time. lol.
