Love it! The first line is completely a regular statement but the second line gives it a new dimension because it shows us that Grandma is remembering that precious moment when Isabella was picking daisies.

I think they are technically zinnias but "daisies" works! I'm guessing it's a picture of your granddaughter? She's lovely!! From what you shared she's grown up now?

I was going to use, Atticus, but I couldn't find the right picture to match the poem. I thought they were daisies.... I am not an botanical expert so I'll take your word for it.

When Atticus picks flowers for his mom, it reminds me of when I picked flowers for my mother. Thank you very much, Helen.

Daisies still work. They're probably in the same chrysanthemum family.

I love the picture and the words of the poem: "Isabella picks daisies on grandma's memory lane..."

It is full of love. A grandchild loves and misses her grandma. Maybe she is picking the flowers for her grandma.

My grand child used to do that when she was one... She always said for Grandma... everything was for grandma.
