Though not you. I can see some people being bored after working everyday. Plan or not, it can be a big change.

Now 81, I will still push forward one step at a time. And when I breathe my last breath may in be in praise to the One that gave me breath. There is so much we can do to stay fit mentally, physically and spiritually.

This is so true. I think women, in particular, find themselves with nothing to do upon retirement. They have spent so much time working and caring for the family that they haven't taken up any interests. There is always church, and the activities it offers, and the library is a good place to go for special programs. There's always volunteer work to do. You have definitely found ways to keep busy. judi
