Cheering you on! What a challenge to take on this commitment. I guess it's not to late to try, but I don't think I am up to it. I look forward to reading all thirty poems.

This is such a cool idea! I wonder if I did something similar if it would help me stick with writing one per day...
Can't wait to see how these all turn out.
Have a great week.

-I like your theme, Debra.
-I would say writing from
a random list would be
a very good challenge.
-You wrote a good
introductory poem, and
your choice sounds interesting.
-I look forward to reading them;
good luck with the contest
and your writing!

That's such a clever idea, Debra, at least each word will give you the inspiration to write about. So, I'll be looking out for the 1st one tomorrow. Good luck, my friend! :)) Sandra xxx

The List

Hello, Debra,
Wonderful Rispetto in Reverse. The rhyme and iambic tetrameter. I remember years ago, I participated in the haiku NaPoWriMo April Poem-A-Day contest. I thought it was hard but now I write two haiku a day with no problem.
I wish you the best, my friend.

Wonderful! I love your take on this with the structure to give you a topic for the day and you already started with a rispetto so I'm looking forward to what other forms you will use. Great strategy and rispetto!

Debra,
Now, did you create the list or find it online? And are you doing ONLY rispettos? Wow. I would be so scared to limit myself to one poetry format. hahahahaha But I have chosen my theme. I always have to have a theme. I'm actually pretty excited about this one - but I say that every year. hahahaha
Thanks and good luck!

Hi Robyn :)
Well, I was scratching my head, with no clue what to do, so I just typed into my search engine 'poetry month ideas' and got a tonne of returns! I just picked a list from the first five that came up LOL.
I'm NOT just doing rispettos! A couple of years ago, I nearly rhymed-whitneyed myself to death after making the mistake of sticking to just that one poetry format for the whole month! I won't be doing that again!
Looking forward to your theme reveal and to reading each day!
Good luck to you too :)
