Well, as for the blah, blah, blah. We can only imagine the definitive meaning of course, Iza.
"This Mexican business is way over my head! If I was playing a Jamaican, you know, "don't worry, be happy." I am not good with Mexican food. What the heck are tamales? Thank God for Costco.
Good luck with this, my friend. Bob

I honestly believe COVID will never be over, it's the governments way of keeping us under their control. I do believe COVID is real, but I also believe there is a lot of lying about it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree with all your statements, I wonder how long can they keep playing this game?

LOL! Iza, that's funny! I think we all can identify with that 'evil me' that is definitely NOT acting in our own best interest. And, yep, Mexican food really packs it on! Here in Texas, we have Tex-Mex, which is a regional Mexican food that differed a bit from food across the border. But - OH - I love it! (We do Mexican about twice per month. I still cannot make my own tortillas, but I can make a MEAN enchillada! lol)
Thanks for the fun read, my friend! Looking forward to your next bit on this.
Blessings and hugs,
Deb

Yes, I am tired of the fake trips to themed restaurants and wearing masks to go out on picnics. I can't tell the bad guys from the good with all these masks.

What I liked about this was the personality in the writing, the sense of humor you imbibed in these two halves of yourself. I also liked the part that illustrates the epidemic phenomenon of trying to emulate a vacation to an exotic locale by cooking the food from that region in your own kitchen. Ah the coronavirus vacation! estory

Lol. Ah, yes, sometimes the "blah, blah, blah" is simply unavoidable. Paying the rent is necessary and money for food - even tamales, is really important, too. Some people love tamales. I think it's an acquired taste.

I am not sure if I tried tamales? I should order some, do you think Amazon has it:)

You'd have to order the cans from Amazon but the frozen type are available from Amazon's Whole Foods.
