This is delightful. I think we all have childhood memories of playing in the rain, with or without an umbrella, with boots or barefoot. Your picture is just perfect.

Love this, reminds me of my childhood. We had no care in the world, running and jumping in puddles, going home wet and covered in mud. We didn't care!

I like the picture with a smiling girl carrying an umbrella talking or playing under the rain. The poem says: " I love the rain on summer days. A rainbow 'brella is my roof and hooded slicker keeps me dry. My yellow boots are waterproof..."
It shows how much someone likes the raining... Whatever your opinion about rain is, we need rain to water our ground so that things can grow...

Nice, direct poetry that refers to our childhood stepping onto "mini-ponds" of water -as you nicely described- that like magnets attract your yellow boots. Nice travel to your poetry!
