This is an amusing and creative poem. Positive message received, though upside down.
Your introductory lines are so true, fun and creative. Loved the following lines:
"It's turned into a smile what was a frown"
I'll take your word for it here...
"An ekphrastic Ottava Rima poem."

I think sometimes the world looks better upside down: "the wrong way round, tail feathers standing up.
I never guessed I'd see the day I'd find
