There is a song that says scars are beautiful. Scars are signs that we have lived life. Wrinkles are like scars. They are beautiful. Isn't it a shame how many are wanting to erase that beauty? When the smile reaches the eyes, it is glorious.

I still don't understand the poetic form, and although I've read the definition before, it still baffles me, yet what you have written here is so lovely, especially with the example provided in the photograph. This woman is beautiful, indeed. And the video you added only enhances it.
I love the floral background in the picture. The large blooms remind me of hibiscus and frangipani, but are probably something else.

I just love the scent of frangipani (also known as plumeria, I have discovered), although the flower itself isn't native to North America. It was featured in one of Helen's posts awhile ago, though I can't remember which one, for as you may know, she writes quite prolifically (you do as well; maybe some day I will find a way to write more, too).

Not bragging, but I've dated some of the most beautiful women in the world, truthfully. But, I learned that after getting to know them well, many weren't very pretty at all, and a large percentage were mean and ugly. LOL. Thanks for sharing.
