Hi Liz,
I'm not familiar with Andy Cuomo, but it sounds like he's on a precarious footing. Whichever foot he lifts, he's going to get defecation splattered on his pants. I guess he could just stand there, and not move either foot until all is dry. He'll have to contend with the smell though. the lesser of two evils.
Hugs,
Kimbob

An ironic twist of fate is that Cuomo's brother has a news commentary show--he's deferred coverage of the scandal to his colleagues. Thanks for weighing in. Cheers. LIZ

We have a Governor here in California, Newsome, who is a piece of work. He is about to be impeached as well. He has killed most of the mom and pop restaurants here, The places cannot survive on "Takeout" orders.

Your story goes to show how the mighty fall - smelling of roses one day and knee deep in doggie-doo the next, especially politicians. We've come to expect the worst as they keep delivering it. The shady has been overshadowed by the sleazy in so many situations.

I heard all about this when Jim decided to turn on CNN after a welcome hiatus. There just seems to be so many accusations and games played that it's hard to separate the good guys from the bad guys.

I think the media has given more attention to the sexual harassment allegations than the nursing home deaths. Clearly, the nursing home deaths is much more serious. but sex grabs the headlines. He has shot himself in both feet, actually. I'm thinking of writing a skit about Cuomo, but maybe I should give the issue a rest. judi

Alas, this is the year of the contrite democrat he said he was sorry and the wagons are circling around him. Had this been a Republican governor there would worse protest than the Capitol,

hello
yup, politics are a mess. It's only too sad that the biggest crook of them all became impeachable, and orange is now not my favorite fruit.
It's always good to show case these gangsters, for I think there are many that don't beleive this crap happens.

We have a bit of a scandal concerning our federal Attorney-General and one of his "staffers" who supposedly committed suicide some afterwards, but he vehemently denies, of course, but who knows, I don't indulge in judgement, these days, it's a very serious charge. Hard to prove, mind you. Beautifully written Liz, blessings Roy

And you think you're symbolically challenged? You got it absolutely perfect.
My question is, why did it take so long for people to notice and point out that he was deeply ensconced in crap?
It shouldn't be, but it's always a shock to discover again how firmly humans are attached to denial when the truth makes them uncomfortable.
Well done, again!

I don't think Chris Cuomo had a choice; he had to stay away from this story.

It's hard for me to get on either side of the fence in some of these issues. I mean, whatever happened to ask what you want and get an answer. Like, "Yo baby want some nachos? Well, if nachos don't float your boat, how about plan B." I mean, all they would have to say is not interested, you freaking creepy old man. But is it really sexual harassment to ask? I'm a man and I've been sexually harassed many times, and never thought of squealing sexual harassment either of the two times I wasn't interested. LOL! Yes, Liz, I'm just joking.
