Oh, what a great and beautifully written story. It touched me the most because a couple of years ago I almost drawn at the beach. Your descriptions are so similar to what I really experienced. Oh, those calm waves have such a deep caressing pull...

Well, those of us who are aufait with the allegorical principle of this, one shouldn't ever look longingly back to Egypt where the meagre blessings of survival are, (or Sodom) but to look forward to where we're going with all its promise attached, the past can't be regained, it's only death back there. Beautifully written my friend and a great principle to remember, blessings Roy

This Spiritual Flash Fiction speaks a tale about Lot's wife defied God's alphas and upon the curse she became a pillar of salt; well said, well done; thanks for sharing this.
The sun was risen upon the earth as Lot's hand (I would like to express this part - the sun rose upon the earth as Lot's hand... )

Thank you, Al. I appreciate your feedback and suggestion. It's the way it's written in the KJV Bible. I would still consider simplifying, as you suggested, but I would lose my 150-word requirement for the contest.
Thanks again.
