Your poem is lovely, and its vividness definitely makes me wish spring were already here. I love that you drew your picture, so to speak, with sounds even more than images, and that you even brought in a third sense, touch, in your reference to the warmth of the breezes. You used alliteration beautifully in "whispers on warm breezes" and "hums with happy honey bees."
