Yup, I can feel what you are saying. The only place we went was the grocery store when it got better. It was good to go outside and take a walk around your own house.

"AA meetings" seems quite a subject for the book "The Corona Saga". It is one that is covered in detail here that gives any reader a bit of humor and does not seem to have a stopping point. Very amusing.

Another great epidemic chapter here. I like the personality in the writing, the wit and sarcasm is great, and you have a great talk here about how our lives have shifted into drinking on the couch, arguing with spouses, staring at each other all day, ordering goods and services including delivery food over the internet. All these new words in our vocabulary: Skype, zoom, social distance, etc. estory

I have nothing to say. I am not at all happy how everything has stopped because of this virus. I am not sure anything had to stop. I've lived through many illnesses that killed many people and life continued. Thank you for sharing.

You are right that there is an increase of interesting delivery jobs and AA sessions probably all online. If only alcoholism were so easy to stop like not drinking alcohol but I think it's the person's genes - some are more prone to addiction. They would not survive in Eastern Europe in those Soviet era days!

Nothing is going to stop any alcoholic until they are ready to comity to the fact they can never drink once and for all. You have to want to or it is a ware of it all.
