This holds such wonderful advice on how to handle anger and unforgiveness in our lives. Anger does not really hurt the one with whom we are angry, but it does take a toll on our body , soul and spirit.

You peoms are always so full of good advice, Jay, and so pleasing to read. Hate in your heart festers until it takes you over completely. with very good tetrameter and abcb rhymes.

Yes, this sonnet tells us the we need to love and accept each other because otherwise we are slowly killing ourselves with the effects of our negative emotions.

You are the master of the traditional sonnet. Make it seem so easy yet I know it is not. Like the message and the last stanza's the best
Anger is bad, bad for your heart
and it will make blood pressure rise.
Just look around, perhaps and see,
the beauty of God's golden skies.
Just start each day with many smiles-
They will carry you further miles.
