Hi Jay, absolutely. How right you are. It's easy for me to say. I live in a mild to very warm climate in the mountains with a view to the sea. The sun shines more than not. But others are living through a very bad time at the moment. But no denying, a positive outlook is the answer to everything. I loved your poem.Ulla:)))

Hate and anger are always much worse for the one who carries them then the one they are directed at. I think it is the reason for a lot of illness in our world. Well done.

Anger is sometimes hard to release, but I agree, it affects the holder of that anger the most. Lovely sentiments in your poem Jaybird and I like your final message -
