TMI I agree with you, and it's funny not, how so many people search for celebrity through shocking and provocative statements. Would this crazy literature pass the time sigil? I think not. Now it's just a fashion statement. Thank you for sharing and I am with your on this one.

Having never heard of Melissa Broder, I am so grateful to you for posting this review of her work. I'm always so grateful when a reviewer I trust saves me the unpleasant experience of wallowing in someone's filth.
If her language skills are as outstanding as you claim, then I'm doubly grateful because I often tend to forgive rubbish if it's phrased eloquently. Gotta get over that!

Never heard of Melissa Browder, but girl, you certainly have! I've stumbled across many of her ilk on Twitter. I was really amazed that Twitter allowed such filth, but evidently, some people get off seeing themselves being slobbered over by others.

Are you saying you wish you had never read this book? Thanks for the warning, but the title doesn't look like a book I would be interested in. It does sound like something I would not like to read and I understand perfectly from what you are saying, that you would rather not have read it.

Thanks for the information and saving me the effort of reading to learn about Melissa Broder and her works. I think the whole world is so screwed up on sex, and it's people like her who have warped young minds, everyone seems to think it's an athletic event rather than a sharing of feelings and emotions. So sad for young people. They have lost out on the thrill of the chase and feely, touchy explorations. Now they just go online and hook up for the evening like it's nothing. Our bodies are no longer sacred and shared with someone special. And to think, I was a product of the 60s revolution. I would have changed a lot back then too, with my grown up views. :-)

I know nothing about this woman, but it sounds like the book reveals way more than I'd ever want too! Seems some have no limits to what they'll do for notoriety. I'll pass.
