My father was a lawyer and he had wall-to-wall law books. He used some almost daily. When he was getting ready to downsize, he was too late to sell them. The lawbooks were no longer valuable. They were basically extinct. We had reached the age of Google.

How I laughed as I read this. I've come into contact with many thru years of work. I was the lowly clerk typist. Yet, before a just judge I could defend their arguments. After two minutes, I could sit down and say, "I rest my case." Recently I took one of those name thingy tests on Facebook suggesting a career. I thought surely I would get something doing with writing -- maybe even investigative journalist. Low and behold after a bit of browser spinning conclusion (colluding?) was lawyer. How dareth them!
