This poem describes a comfortable way to live that is harder than it sounds. The meter is kind of jumpy in places because of improper punctuation, I think.
I think you need a comma before throughout.

I hear you loud and clear. The journey through life can be treacherous, filled with deep hole concealed behind false smile and untrue statements; handshakes that hide snakes. If you are able to reach an age where certain tricks are now recognizable, you have a much better chance of survival than one who is blind to the tricks of false friends and jealous relatives.
