Oh no. How can people be so horrible, but I know they can be. I don't know what they are going to do, but hope they will think of something. Well done as always. Waiting to see what happens.

Thank you so much for such an encouraging review. I'm so glad you continue to enjoy my story. They come up with an idea, but it doesn't go as planned.

Oh no! I know they came up with something, because Anna has Alexander. They must have gotten away somehow. That man doesn't deserve to be called human. What he's doing can't be legal, and it's just plain evil. He needs to have the tomcat operation so he can't produce any more monsters.

Thank you so much for such an encouraging review. Tom cat operation, lol. I never heard it put quite like that, lol. Your right something needs to be done to this cold, heartless beast and all the traffickers like him.

He is such a cruel man. If only the baby had not cried he would not have known about him. However, He would have learned sooner or later as the lad grew.

My heart strings are pulled as he said he was sending away the child. I hope they can do something. Oh, poor Anna.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for such a kind review. I'm sure he would've found out in time. Anna was hoping he could pull his own weight by then. Anna has been through a lot, the poor thing.

I'll just be glad when the handler finally get what he has coming to him, and then some. You do such a great job of building anger in this reader. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for such an excellent review. I'm so glad that you continue to enjoy my story. The only remorse I'll have for doing him in is that it wasn't nearly as painful as what he deserves.

First you made me feel happy when you were telling us to the birth of the new born. Not so happy when I read that her bboss told Anna that he is going to take the baby and so cruel he was to make Anna go back to work the next day.

Thank you so much for your kind review and fabulous six stars. I'm glad you were pleased about the birth, Anna and the baby being alright. Don't worry the jerk boss will get what's coming to him soon.

This is a heart-stopping story! It starts out so beautifully, and then twists us around. Well done! Here are a few typos you could fix:

1. Studies show skin to skin regulates his heart rate and his breathing. It also helps him adjust to his new surroundings. I assumed the nurse was speaking this, so it should be in quotation marks.

2. Helpless overwhelms me. This should be helplessness

3. Take a deep breath."... "Again."... "Much better. Now I want you to talk to Alex in a calm, relaxed voice." This should all be within one set of quotation marks since it's the same person speaking

4 She'll either works for her keep... Take the "s" off works

Thank you so much for such a kind review and for all of your help. It's always greatly appreciated. The last one I was wanting to show a pause in the conversation as Anna takes a breath. So what's the best way to do that?
Thank you again for your helpful review. It's how I learn and grow as a writer, take care.

You?re welcome! I think if you leave the ellipses without the quotes it will be obvious. I assumed that was what you were going for.🙂

Your setting is perfect. I totally forgot who and where they were. You created a great distraction. Their handler startled me as much as he did them. Now we are going to worry just like they are. We might even send a few moments thinking of some possibilities. Well done. We will be back as soon as we get the word.

Thank you so much for such a warm review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it, felt a strong connection to the characters, the story. Something I was hoping to do.

PS. Did you catch the Equalizer? It was about human trafficking. Me and Hollywood writers are on the same wavelength, so validating that I'm on the right path. Who knows, one day my stories might be up on the big screen.

I'm saving the episodes. I like at least 4 so I don't have to wait for the next episode. Your story is very marketable...it coud easily be a film
    or series.

What a horrible situation. I don't see how this tyrant can expect someone who just had a cesarean to go back to work and how could he take a baby that should be in an incubator and expect it to live? Is he planning to sell it? I'll be anxiously awaiting the next chapter to see what happens.

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for such a fantastic review. I am honored. Her boss, the trafficker is an evil, self-serving man. Only considers his own needs. I imagine that's his intentions, selling the baby black market not realizing the shape its in.

Hi Mistydawn.

This is clearly an unlivable situation. Having a child and then the threat of having it taken away is unimaginable. This is modern day slavery being described here. The boss is not a boss, he is a slave owner. That is the case in trafficking and authoritarian forms of governments.

Thank you so much for such a kind review. He is a slave owner, only seeing Anna and the others as a way to fatten his pockets. Although, her situation is better than where Anna was it's far from good.

You're doing well on this. Lots of action and angst. The Handler is a bit too hideous to be human, so I'm waiting to see what's going on. looking forward to seeing the next submission.

Thank you so much for such a kind review and for such encouragement. Traffickers are cold, heartless, self-serving **** They only see their victims as commodities, a way to make a quick buck with no regard for the girls. He'll be one of the few in my story I can get rid of with no remorse.
Thank you again for such a kind review. Your support means a lot to me, take care.
