Ciao mystery poet,
I gave you your first vote.
I love Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire ..
I love drama and this film is oozing it..
I love the actor in the following films :
The Wild One
Mutiny on the Bounty
Desiree( he plays Napoleone )
On the Waterfront
One/eyed Jacks mentioned by you
Reflections in a Golden Eye( he plays a repressed gay general)
I didn't watch him in the Godfather .. I see a lot of mafia themed films and series in my country ..
story apart, Brando just looks weird to me made up as a gangster ..
I have never seen Last Tango in Paris .. which was directed by our Bernardo Bertolucci
I was not aware that MB directed One-eyed-Jacks ..

Dear Mystery Writer,
I definitely think Marlon Brando is deserving of a poem dedicated to him and his art. My stars - he's deserving of a thousand or more, isn't he? Poor man - I also know he lost one son tragically. I don't know about the rest of his family. I don't think everything came easily to him - though he sure was an amazing talent in front of an audience or camera.
Though I do appreciate your ode to this man, I think this piece needs a bit of editing. (sorry!) I'm offering some notes below for your consideration:
1.) A streetcar named Brando
--> your title should be: A Streetcar Named Brando
2.) That he fighted badly
--> do you mean 'fought'?
3.) In a streetcar named desire.
--> In A Streetcar Named Desire
4.) And in 1973, with "(T)he Godfather"
5.) Won his second (O)scar,
6.) For (O)ne(-E)yed (J)acks as a director
7.) In the score, when clinks the peen.
--> first, what does this mean?
--> second, the score usually means the music - did Brando help with the music in any of his movies or plays?
8.) also, I really didn't understand the part about the war and Indians - do you think you could make that part more clear?
I hope this may help and little and that you may take these thoughts as they are intended. Thanks so much!
