The repetition in this poem of the word anger shows its importance to the negative parts of our world. It cause hurt feelings and physical pain everywhere in appears.

Very good poem on the emotion of anger. Like you say there are times to be angry at injustices, but uncontrolled anger can lead to a lot of trouble for you and the person you are angry with.

I really love how you place the two sides of anger by each other and let the reading make up their mind as to how they will decide what is healthy or not.
