A rare tribute to a rare person. I continue to try and reconcile the loss of so many dear friends against the peace and tranquility of the After Life, of which I am certain. We must remain here in this Vail of Tears until we are called, and each loss we suffer calls us to the mirror. I hope you are the author of my tribute.

Thank you so much TeriG for your review. Some of Joan's works are published in the wonderful book, "Pieces of Her Mind" which can be purchased on Amazon. It is a multi-author book. I wish we could still see all the things she'd posted here. That would be nice. MM

for this notice and heartwarming and endearing tribute for Joan E...
and the sad update that she had passed away. I too had been
wondering what happened when no new postings by her appeared
since Nov...now we know why and so GLAD YOU INQUIRED AND
LET US KNOW ON FS with this precious tribute for her!!! As you
well note, she herself, was a rare star, to so many of her fans
and admirers, myself included, and always such a genuinely
kind and generous person to all. She will dearly be missed,
but memories in our hearts and gratitude will linger on ad infinitum.
