Alcreator,
I agree with your statements expressed in your four line poem contest entry.
"Save or justice seems somewhat out of place...Yes, "God shows His Justice" and someday lots of people will meet the balance of our maker.
"God only knows man's sins." Yes
"Do live as you wish "
Yes
"Save or punish"
"God shows His justice."
Yes
Since you are not limited by syllable count...why not say...
'Whether saved or punished?' Instead? The meaning of your message in a poem becomes more clear, no?
Nice job,
Anna

I enjoyed this spiritual four line poem and appreciate your comments that accompany it. The theme of the poem is one which could be applied to countless principles of living a life that you can defend in the end. Thank you for sharing this work.

It's all about personal responsibility isn't it? We can choose to make good decisions about our life or we can choose other paths. Rewards for good decisions, justice for poor. I believe you captured these thoughts well in fewer words than I.

This four-line poem, God and Man, has the proper formatting and seems to suggest that you are wise enough to know whether you are to sinful to be saved. Choose a side and make your life better.

I give these words 4 stars because they say a lot with alittle...hope you can understand this. Most will not. I have followed your work for quite some time now and the writings that I have read have yet to steer me in the wrong direction thank you for sharing...people need to hear more. Never stop.

An excellent four-line poem and I like the openness of the concept, both in the verse and in the artwork you have chosen to support it. Most religions teach we should love one another regardless of belief.
Well done.

I like the words of your poem. It reminded me of a saying I often heard my father quote when I was young... Love God with all your heart and do as you please. He explained to me that meant if you love God, your supreme desire will be to please Him and you would never want to do anything that would grieve His Spirit. I think that makes our choices pretty clear. Thank you for your poem. It fits the form perfectly. I think you don't need the comma after God, but it is no big deal of course.

well done although I am not a big fan of religious poetry. Like the image you chose though - Christ and Krishna or some other Hindu goddess making the poem more than a Christian poem - which goddess were you incorporating into the poem?
